Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 cups Chicken Broth10 Chicken Thighs - skin and bone removed1 bag Cajun Mirepoix mix (onion, celery, green pepper)1 cup sliced Carrots1/2 cup Tri-Color RotiniHerbs/Spices to taste
Directions
Place chicken thighs, mirepoix, and carrots in slot cooker. Add broth and herbs/spices.
Cook on high setting for 3-4 hours (until chicken is falling apart).
Boil water and cook pasta.
Add pasta to slow cooker. Let cook another 10 or 15 minutes.
