Egg yolk (medium) : 47 gr (3 eggs)Sugar : 150 grMilk : 470 gr (470ml)Corn Starch : 47 grVanilla : 15 ml (1 tbsp)Salt : a pinch
+ Steam milk in a saucepan in low heat until it's warm. Turn heat off and set it aside.
+ Whisk egg yolk, sugar, corn starch, vanilla and salt lightly.
+ Pour warm milk in the egg gently and continuously.
+ Strain through a seive into saucepan.
+ In medium heat, cook and stir continously until it get thicken. Turn heat off, put it in container, cover onto the surface with plastic wrap and put in the fridge.
Serving Size: makes about 600 ml
