1/2 cup of beans, cooked and cooled - I used Goya Small white beans but any bean will work 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinager 1 tsp Basalmic Vinager 2 cloves of Garlic 1 tsp freshly grated Ginger Root 1 tsp Yellow Mustard 1/8 tsp Curry powder 1/2 of a large yellow squash, or 3/4 cup chunks 1 cup of Water (amount of water depends on how thick or thin you want the dressing to be
Directions
Add all to a blender or food processor and blend!
