Protein Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 Mashed Medium Banana1/2 cup Organic, Unsweetened Appplesauce1 cup Liquid Egg Whites3/4 cup Almond Milk, Silk, Unsweetened Original2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1.5 cups White Flout (can sub oat or whole wheat flour)5 packets Stevia in the Raw1 cup EAS Soy Protein Powder, Vanilla2 tbsp Carrington Farms Flax Chia Blend1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Directions
Combine wet ingredients in mixer, Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients slowly until just combined. Fold in blueberries by hand.

Use cupcake liners and spray lightly with spray coconut oil.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
