16 oz Kirkwood boneless skinless chicken thighs6 slices Ginger Root1 dash Black Pepper1 dash Salt1 tbsp Michiu Distilled Spirit of Rice
Clean and rinse chicken thighs. Place them in a ceramic plate. Clean ginger root by brushing off sand under the faucet. Line ginger roots slices on top of chicken thighs. Sprinkle a dash of pepper and followed by a dash of salt. Add in just a drop or two of sesame oil (optional.) Last add in the Michiu distilled spirit of rice which is a Chinese cooking wine.
After the steamer comes to a boil, steam it for 15 to 20 minutes depending size of thighs.
