Pineapple Cucumber Gazpacho

Ingredients
3 c fresh pineapple chunks1 cucumber, grated1 jalepeno, chopped1 T fresh cilantro, chopped1/2 red onion, choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put pineapple in blender or food processor to mash. Pour resulting fruit and juice into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, chill overnight and serve cold.
