Whole Wheat Flour, 2.0 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Honey, 1 tbsp Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving Milk, 2%, 1.75 cup Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Mash the bananas and set aside. Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients in separate bowl. Make well in center of dry ingredients and pour in wet. Gently mix together. Fold in Banana. Spray waffle iron with Pam. Pour in mix and cook until crisp. (approx 2 minutes)
