Ingredients
3 lbs ground beef (this recipe is for 93% lean)1 cup finely diced white onion4 tsp ketchup1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (i used Lea & Perrin's low sodium in this recipe)3-4 tbs cajun seasoning
Directions
Combine ingredients well. Use your hands.
Make 13 evenly-shaped balls, then form into patties. Prepare on grill, in skillet, or in oven. Ensure they reach an internal temp of 165 F.
