Dark chocolate bar with Pumpkin Seeds and Coconut

Ingredients
2oz unsweetened chocolate1oz 70% dark chocolate1oz toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds10g (about 1/2 oz unsweetened coconut flakes)1/4 tsp lavender salt
Directions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Mix in pepitas, coconut, and salt.

Pour onto parchment paper or into 8 individual molds.

Refrigerate, break into about 8 pieces, enjoy!
