Breakfast Cups

Ingredients
1 cup mushrooms6 oz Jimmy Dean Sausage2 Cups Spinach1 ½ cups mozzarella (whole) 12 eggs ½ cup milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
3. Place sausage, spinach, mushrooms in muffin tins
4. In a medium bowl, whisk milk, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
5. Pour mixture into muffin tins over veggies/meat
6. Bake 20 minutes if serving immediately.
7. Bake only 15 minutes if you are freezing
