Garlic Bean Potato Soup

Ingredients
* Garlic, 10 cloves (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) * Beans, great northern, 1.25 cup (remove) * Lima Beans, 1.25 cup (remove) * Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove) * Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
put all but lima beans and herbs in crock pot, cook on high 4 hours. Blend most of the soup to make creamy, add lima beans and herbs. cook on low for 2 hours.
