Unstuffed Cabbage Roll - Slow Carb

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey1 small onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 small cabbage, chopped1 can (796 ml) diced tomatoes1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1 can (540 ml) kidney beans, rinsed1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons oregano1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
In a large skillet cook the ground beef and onion, stirring, until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.

Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender. Can also be done in the crock pot.
