Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained1/2 cup cooked chopped beets1 tablespoon garlic1 tablespoon cumin3 tablespoons tahini3 tablespoons lemon juice1 teaspoon salt1/2 cup water
Directions
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend till smooth

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings of 2 tablespoons each

    I used canned beets (1 can to 1.5 can chickpeas) and didn't have tahini. Not bad. Pretty good as a dip, condiment on a veggie sandwich, a great addition to a whole food no oil lifestyle. - 10/7/17
