Crockpot Potato & Corn Soup

4 large potatoes1 cup sweet corn1 medium onion2 tbsp butter1 cup 2% milkspices to tastewater
Scrub and dice potatoes and add to crock pot.
Dice onion and add to crock pot.
Dump in corn to crock pot.
Add spices and enough water to lightly cover veggies.
Cook 3-5 hours on low until potatoes are tender.
When potatoes are tender mash them to desired consistency and stir in milk and butter. Cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
Top with green onions, sour cream, cheese or eat plain.
