Ina Garten Simple Potato Salad

3 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes (I use the small ones)1 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup buttermilk2 TBS dijon mustard2 TBS whole grain mustard1/2 cup fresh dill weed, chopped1/2 cup diced celery1/4 - 1/2 cup diced red onionblack pepperSalt
Put whole potatoes into a pot and cover with cold water. Liberally salt cooking water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, until just tender. Drain in colander, return to pot and cover with clean towel to continue to steam. Once they are cool enough to touch, cut into bite size pieces.
Combine mayo, buttermilk, mustards and dill in a bowl, Season with pepper. Poor over slightly warm potato chunks, stir, then fold in celery and red onion.
