Ingredients
1 can Diced Tomatoes with green chiles1 can Chili Beans 1 can black beans1 can Butter Beans1 can Kidney Beans1 jar Sun Dried Tomato in olive oil, 1 ear yellow sweet corn3/5ths Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Seasoningwater (i just filled up a can for measurement)spices as needed, garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne
Directions
Cut corn off cob
dump everything into a pot
add extra water if needed
cover and leave on low for two hours
stir occasionally
