1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) - thinly sliced8 oz GREEK cream cheese &greek yogurt whipped spread 1 serving envelope dry italian salad dressing mix (by PIEPER762) 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil, reduced fat mayonaise 10 slice Bread, rye -or- 1 load rye cocktail bread9 oz deli meat - turkey or hamDill
Beat cream cheese, mayo and dry italian salad dressing mix with blender in medium bowl until smooth.
Scoop into bowl, cover and chill overnight.
Spread mixture onto bread, top with deli meat, cucumbers and a sprinkle of dill.
Serving Size: makes 5 open faced sandwiches or several appetizers
