Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 box Rice a Roni Spanish Rice1 can stewed tomotoes, no salt added2 ears sweet corn (or 1 can corn)Add jalapeno peppers to taste
Directions
Brown turkey in skillet. While turkey is browning, slice corn off the ears and set aside. When turkey is cooked through, add Rice a Roni box ingredients as directed and the can of tomatoes. Heat to boiling. Add corn and cover. Lower heat and simmer an additional 20-25 minutes, stirring occassionaly. Serve while hot.

Makes great tacos, tortillas, or over lettuce as a salad.
