Ingredients
32 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 stalks Celery, cooked 1 large Onions, raw 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Basil .25 tsp Garlic powder 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Fry pork chops in oil until brown
Add onions and continue to cook until onions turn clear
add all other ingredients and bring to boil
Simmer for 25 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of 1 pork chop each with gravy
