Cheezy Turkey Vegtable Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or chicken breasts2 cans chicken broth2 cans chopped tomatoes w/green chilies ( I like my local store brand the best)2 cups sliced raw carrots1 large onion chopped1 to 2 bell peppers chopped1 cup chopped fresh asparagus3 to 4 cloves of garlic sliced2 cups of frozen corn or 1 can of canned corn (include the liquid)8 oz of 2% Velvetta cheese in the block ( i use half of the plain and half the monterey jack w/ green chilies)
Directions
brown turkey and break up into bite sized pieces. drain. add broth, tomatoes , veggies and pasta. simmer just until pasta is al dente and veggies are cooked. add Velvetta cheese cut into chunks and stir until melted. Serve and enjoy. Makes approx 12 1-2 cup servings .
