Robin's Redskin Potato salad

Ingredients
4 serving Marzetti Classic Ranch-2tbsp 4.6 oz Red Potatoes-Pettie 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Directions
Wash red petite potatoes under cool water. Place potatoes into 4quart round pan and fill with water. Boil the potatoes until tender. Check potatoes with fork, if fork pulls out clean and easy potatoes are ready. remove pan from stove. drain water. let potatoes cool. cut up 3 scallions or green onions. Cut potatoes into quarters. Combine scallions, mix well. Put in 1/4 cup(4tbsp) ranch dressing. mix well. add another 1/4 cup(4tbsp) of ranch dressing. place paper towel over bowl and cover bowl. let it cool in refrigerator for 3 hours or more. The longer it sits the more flavorful it gets. Makes 4 cups.
