Ingredients
1 cup *pinto beans, dried great value (by CABC_2941) 1 1tsp Canola Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Boil Beans until extremely tender.
Drain keeping cooking water.
Add oil to skillet, saute beans until well done. Add cooking water as needed, mashing to desired consistency. Add diced onion. Serve.
