*Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Egg, fresh, 4 large Onions, raw, 1 small Dill Pickles, .5 cup, chopped or diced Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, 8 tbsp Yellow Mustard, .25 cup
Boil potatoes and eggs together until potatoes are done. drain, rinse in cold water and cool until they can be handled. Peel potatoes and eggs, and cut into bite sized pieces, reserving 1/2 potato to chop intoi very small pieces. combined chopped onion and chopped pickle with potatoes and eggs. In a bowl, mix together fat-free mayo and yellow mustard, adding a bit of pickle juice to thin the mixture, Pour over other ingrediants and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. I like to make it and serve it right away so it is a tad warm, but it is very good chilled also.
