Creamy Low Carb Chicken Stew

Ingredients
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 drumstick, bone and skin remov Chicken Drumstick 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 oz Cream Cheese 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium Carrots, raw 2 tsp Sage, ground 2 tsp Pepper, white 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
Steam the cauliflower and mash it in blender. Finely dice and saute carrot and celery in butter, add minced fresh sage and saute. Add room temp cream cheese and mix together, add chicken stock and bring to simmer, thicken with cauliflower pure and add the chicken. Heat through and serve with a few cracks of pepper.
