Apple Cider Chipotle Pork Chops

1 tbsp Wild Oats Chipotle hot sauce 1/3 cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 1 lb pork chop boneless thick cut (3-4 chops)
mix together apple cider vinegar, honey mustard sauce, chipotle hot sauce, salt and pepper until almost smooth.
Salt and pepper the pork chops.
Pour about 1/3 of the sauce on one side of the chop, turn over, salt and pepper the chops, and pour another 1/3 of the sauce on the chops. Allow chops to marinate in this for 15 minutes.
Grill chops on a medium heat grill for about 10-15 minutes per side, depending on thickness of chops.
Use remaining sauce as dipping sauce when you eat the chops.
Serving Size: Nutrition calculated on 4 oz chops, but sometimes three chops equal a pound.
