Low Fat Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
.5 cup Milk, canned, evaporated 2 tbsp Cream Cheese .5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 3 tsp Garlic 4 cup Simply potato hashbrowns (by MIKEMELR) 1.5 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers) 1 serving Bacon - Oscar Meyer Low Sodium (2 pieces)
Directions
1. Satuee onions and garlic until brown. Added evaporated milk, cream cheese, and sour cream. Stir until melted.Crumble low sodium bacon and mix.
2. Toss potatoes with shredded cheese. Add milk mixture.
3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
4.Crush ritz and sprinkle on top of casserole. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
