HCG BBQ Chicken with Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 80 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 tbsp bbq seasoning (sugar free) 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
Spray cooking spray in pan or use non stick. Heat and add chicken.
Season chicken with salt, bbq, and a little garlic, cook until done. Add in bell peppers to pan and sauté.
While chicken is cooking:
Steam Cauliflower pieces in a pot. Add salt and garlic to taste. Mash when done.
Plate chicken and side of mash, garnish with sautéed red bell peppers.
