Easy Turkey Picadillo

Ingredients
16 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey 4 oz chopped green chiles 1 cup de napoli classico tomato and basil sauce 28 oz Oreida potatoes o'brien 1 cup red onion chopped 1.25 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce
Directions
Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
Add onion and hash browns. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes, turning once.
While potatoes are heating, brown the ground turkey breast in the microwave. Discard any fat or liquid and chop well.
Add the turkey, green chilies, tomato and and enchilada sauce to the potatoes.
Mix thoroughly. Continue cooking 5 minutes.
