5 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 3 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 tbsp Garlic 1 small pkg Mushrooms, fresh 1 jar (355ml) VH General Tao Stirfry Sauce
1. In a large wok or skillet, steam broccoli with a little water until almost tender.
2. Add peppers, garlic, onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
3. Add chicken, let heat through, then add stir fry sauce. Let simmer for 10 ten minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
