Chili a la Alford

Ingredients
1lb of lean ground beef 1 can kidney beans1 can of black beans1 can of stewed halapeno tomato's1 cup of fresh corn1 vidalia onion1 halapeno1 can of green chili pepperschili powder
Directions
Dice vidalia onion, halapeno and green chilis. Sautee' all with ground beef and 1tbs of chili powder (drain any grease). In a pot mix black beans, kidney bean, corn and tomato's with the beef mixture and remaining chili powder. Bring to a boil in the pot and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Note. You can cook the beef separately and after draining the grease, rinse with hot water to remove any excess grease that did not drain.)
