Shrimp Macaroni Salad

1/2 lb raw shrimp in shell 1 cup Elbow Macaroni, Whole Wheat 0.66 cup baby green peas, cooked and cooled1/4 cup chopped yellow onion1/4 cup diced celery 4 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste
Boil shrimp in the shell in salted water. Add Cajun spices if desired. Boil for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain. When shrimp are cooled, peel them and add them to the other ingredients.
Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Combine shrimp, macaroni, peas, onion, and celery in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix well. May be served immediately or chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
