Vegetarian Tikka Masala

Ingredients
1260 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1260 grams Crushed Tomatoes 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup slices Carrots, cooked 2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
In a saucepan, steam the carrots. In a large skillet, using nonstick cooking spray, sauté the onions and garlic with the spices until onion in translucent. (Adjust spices as you prefer; I like really spicy food.) Add the garbanzo beans and crushed tomatoes; bring to a boil, then reduce to low/medium heat until sauce thickens. Add Greek yogurt and stir well before serving.
