Ingredients
4 green onions, thinly sliced1/2 c. Swanson's 99% FF chicken broth1/3 c. Skippy reduced fat smooth peanut butter2-1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar2 tsp. sesame oil1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, or more if you like it spicy6 cups cooked whole wheat spaghetti (a 13.25 oz. box)
Directions
While the pasta is cooking, put the remaining ingredients into a small pan and cook over medium heat. Once the pasta is finished, pour the sauce over the pasta and serve hot.

This can also be refrigerated and served cold.

Makes 6 servings of 1 cup each.

    I really liked this but it needed more sauce; others said the PB taste was too strong, so for the 2nd batch of sauce I reduced the PB and added low-sodium soy sauce. After that it was a total hit. Thanks for sharing a great recipe! Next time I'll use half as much pasta though; it makes a lot! - 7/16/11
