Ingredients
Serrano Peppers, 50 gramsShallots, 50 gramsFish Sauce, 0.5 tbspVinegar, distilled, white, 1 tbsp
Directions
Wash Thai chilis or serrano peppers and remove stems. Mince peppers and shallots. Place in a plasticware bowl, add fish sauce and vinegar. Cover and shake thoroughly. Chill/marinate for several hours. Stores in the fridge a couple weeks. Use as a (VERY) spicy condiment for fish, meat or tofu.
