Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 2 cup Chick Peas 0.33 cup Americas choice pastina (by FIREWIFE44) 1 large Onions, raw and finely diced4 clove Garlic minced0.187 cup Tomato Paste 4 tbsp Olive Oil 4 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped1 serving Frontier Organic Ground Tumeric 1 tsp (2 g) (by RURABE) 1 tsp Paprika 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1.5 tsp Coriander seeds, ground McCormick (by CHUCKLES0719) 1.5 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Spice, Crushed Mint (dried) (by RAMIREZJR78) 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
In pressure cooker heat oil on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until onions start to soften. 2 minutes or so.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Add the spices and cook stirring frequently for 1 minute

Add tomato paste, chickpeas and parsley cook stirring frequently for another minute or 2

Add water, mint and salt

Put lid on Pressure Cooker and turn heat up to high. When pressure cooker reaches high pressure, cook for 10 minutes. Use quick release method.

Adjust salt as needed and serve immediately
