Ropa Vieja from LD Dump Meals set

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb. top sirloin steak 1 onion, sliced1 large carrot, sliced into chunks 12 mini sweet peppers, de-seeded and sliced 2 Tbsp. minced garlic 2 cup Tomato Sauce 1 tsp. salt 2 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. dry oregano 1 tsp. ground black pepper2/3 c. frozen peas
Directions
Add all ingredients except for peas to slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred meat. Boil peas for 4-5 minutes and add to slow cooker. Serve over rice (calculate nutrition info for rice separately).
