Pork Burrito Filling from LG Dump Meals set

Ingredients
2 lb. pork loin 1/2 onion, chopped4 tsp. minced garlic 2 Tb. lime juice1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp Oregano1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1 beef bouillon cube1/2 c. water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred pork. Serve in tortillas with rice, black beans, cheese, and sour cream (calculate nutrition info for rice, beans, cheese, and sour cream separately).

For freezer meal make-ahead, freeze all ingredients in freezer bag. Defrost for 2 days in refrigerator before emptying bag into slow cooker.
