Ingredients
1.50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 tsp Ginger Root 3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 448 fl oz Water, tap 6 cup Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta 1.75 cup ge golden whole kernel corn 1245 grams Roasting Chicken, dark meat
Directions
Combine carrots, celery, onions, chicken, ginger and water in a stock pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 45 minutes or so. Add mushrooms, corn and pasta and cook until pasta and mushrooms are cooked. Remove chicken and pull apart. Serve with cornbread for a very tasty meal!
