Sauté peppers and mushrooms in country crock spread until tender. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste. Add the rest of ingredients and stir thoroughly until mixed except for the pasta and mozzarella cheese Heat on low until hot and bubbly stirring thoroughly. Cook pasta separately according to package directions. Mix cooked pasta with the Alfredo mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
