5 cup slices Carrots, cooked 6 cup Raw Sweet Potatoe (by PEARLAP) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 2 cup Eden Organic - Quinoa (uncooked) (by EMERGENCYRN11) 132 gram(s) Chicken simply stock Knorr (by BENBRADAGH) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 10 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Cook carrot slices in 10 cups H20 with 1 pod of Knorr stock until tender. Cook sweet potatoe in microwave or BBQ. Cook onions in 3tbsp evoo - add minced garlic 3 mins before the opinions are cooked. Puree all ingredients together. Cook quinoa and add to the puree.
