Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 12 serving Average Roma Tomato (by RUCGIEB) 24 oz Meat - Shrimp (by IMGOOGOO) 3 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 8 tbsp Cilantro, raw 3 lime yields Lime Juice 4 cup Clamato - original [Mott's] (by PAWISE) 1.25 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Salt is to taste! You may not need/want that much :)
