Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, pure irish (Kerrygold) (by APFELIE) 1 large Egg Yolk .5 tbsp Cacao Powder Organic Traditions ( 1 heaping T = 20g ) (by CUMULUS7) 2 tbsp Organic Valley Organic Half & Half 1 serving Himalayan Pink Salt - Trader Joe's 1/8 tsp 0.25 cup Almond Meal/Flour, Arrowhead Mills (by ONESSQUEAKYSHOE) 1 serving KAL Xylitol (1 ts) (by MARIANL3) 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix butter and xylitol in mug. Stir in egg yolk. then baking powder, salt, half & half. Stir well. Add Almond Meal Flour and stir well again.

Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes.
