Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2. COOK cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 2 tsp Onion powder 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Dill weed, dried 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle salt-free 2 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation
Directions
IN MEDIUM HEAVY SKILLET SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY, PLACE RICE IN AN EVEN ROW. SPRINKLE ALL THE SPICES OVER RICE AND STIR TO MIN THEN SMOOTH FLAT. LET COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT 5 MINUTES. LAYER SPINACH OVER RICE TO COVER. STIR SPINACH INTO RICE FLATTEN DOWN OVER BOTTOM OF PAN. BEAT EGGS AND CREAM TOGETHER IN A SMALL BOWL. POUR EGGS OVER GICE MIXTURE COVER TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE. BAKE 15 MINUTES IN 400* OVEN
