0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2.1 gram(s) Yogurt, Liberte Greek Yogurt 0% Plain (1/2 tsp)1 Hard boiled egg (I egg) 0.5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER) 0.5 tsp Dill weed, dried 1 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)
Mix lemon juice, greek yogurt and dill. Cut avocado in half, scoop out fruit into bowl. Add one chopped hard boiled egg. Toss together. Ad Yogurt mixture, toss gently to consistency you'd like. Place in a lettuce leaf, roll up and enjoy.
