Braised Cabbage & Vegetable

Ingredients
241 grams of red cabbage85 grams onions50 g celery1 Tbsp Olive Oil75 grams Mmushrooms1 small sweet red pepper100 grams of carrots 1/3 cup Beef Broth1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Makes 8 1 cup servings

Slice all vegetables into thin bite-sized strips. Heat the olive oil, then sauté onions and celery until transparent. Add the other vegetables and the beef broth, cover and cook until tender. Add sesame oil, stir and cook vegetables a moment longer for the flavours to combine.

Serve with rice or quinoa.
