Ingredients
3 oz Cod (fish) 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tsp Garlic 1.5 1tsp Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Adobo (by LESLIELUVSMACK) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Set oven to 425. 1 tsp of Olive Oil in 9x13 pan.
mix mayo, garlic, lemon zest, 1 tsp garlic powder and 2 shakes of black pepper in a small bowl. season very lightly with Adobo and black pepper. Spread mayo mixture on top of the fish and bake for 15 minutes
