Dawn's bison bacon cheese burger soup

Ingredients
2 lb Bison Meat 1.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 8 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 8 cup diced Potato, raw 4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .5 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour (by FRESHSTART469) 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 large Onions, raw 10 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
Directions
brown the bison, add to crock pot with veggies and stock. Cook till veggiesare tender. add cream, cheese, and flour then cook for 30min to 1 hour more. serve with bacon on top
