Thai Peanut Butter Orange Sauce

Ingredients
3 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 1/4 cup Honey 1/4 cup cup Soy Sauce 1/4 cup Orange Juice 1 tbsp lime juice2 garlic cloves1/2 tsp corriander1/2 tsp cumin2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakespepper to taste
Directions
Use marinade for pork roast (or other meat)...pour in sauce pan while meat is cooking. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil and simmer until reduced and think.
