Creamy Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs Butternut Squash chopped into 1" cubes1 1/2 cups onions, chopped 2 Carrots peeled and chopped32 fl oz Chicken Broth 1/2 tea salt2 tbsp Butter1/2 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream 1/2 tea nutmeg
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine squash, onion, carrots, broth and salt. Simmer, uncovered, until squash is very tender, about 40 minutes. Puree soup in a blender or food processor with the butter. Whisk cream into soup.
