1/4 cup Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened1.0 tsp liquid Splenda1 1/2 C Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1/8 C Bob's Red Mill Chia seeds 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Golden Flax Seed Meal 1.0 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein PowderIce
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and serve. Sometimes I have to pour a little hot water into the bottom of the blender cup to break up the frozen fruit. You may have to play with the amount of ice you add depending on what consistency you like. I add about a cup or a little more.
